What type of support do I get with a Plum Market Licensed Opportunity? 

You get access to our brand, recipes & procedures, vendors, training, store build-out, website, online ordering platform, etc.

 

What is the typical size of a Licensed Plum Market or family of brands ?

The ideal size is 1,500 – 3,000 square feet, plus an outdoor patio. Depending on the location, we will consider as low as 3,000 square feet and as high as 5,200 square feet.

 

What types of locations are you looking for? 

Universities, airports, museums, or similar captive audience venues, that occupy 3,000-5,000 square feet.

Ideal locations are highly visible from multiple directions (hard corner), and in high traffic areas for both vehicular and pedestrians.

 

What are the typical store hours of operation? 

Every location should be tailored to its immediate community, but at a minimum operate 6am – 7pm, 6 days a week. 

 

What type of training is provided by Plum Market? 

We provide in-depth training for all positions at every licensed location.  Licensees have access to Plum Market’s online training services, as well as direct on-site training with our operations team through your store opening.  Maintenance training is highly recommended and is available on an individually scheduled basis.

 

Approximately how long will it take to open my licensed store? 

It will take about 28 weeks to build your store after you have taken possession of your location. Generally, it takes about 12 weeks to create architectural plans, get permits and select a contractor prior to starting the 28-week construction process.
