Matt has 25+ years in the food and beverage industry. After leaving Whole Foods’ National Operations Team, he opened the first Plum Market in 2006, emphasizing Natural, Organic, and Locally crafted items.

Kelly Toone
With a passion for culinary excellence, Kelly drives strategy, menu development, and guest satisfaction. He brings years of food industry experience and oversees all Foodservice related operations.

Marc has 30+ years in natural and specialty retail. After 7 years on Whole Foods’ National Leadership Team, Marc cofounded Plum Market with Matt in 2006.

Wassim Hojeij
Wassim, an entrepreneur with 22+ years in restaurant and Food & Beverage development, co-founded HBF with his wife. Initially an Atlanta airport ACDBE concessionaire, he led HBF’s growth to graduate the program while mentoring new ACDBE companies.
